Ferihegy International Airport is 24 KM South East of Budapest & has links to all the major European cities, as well as some North American cities. By Taxi or Car to Hungaroring : An easy alternative is to catch a taxi or drive yourself. A Lane of the motorway en route to the circuit is closed off for Formula One traffic, which speeds up the travel time and the approach to the track is completed along Bernie Avenue!

By Bus from Budapest : Over the race weekend the organizers lay on buses from Budapest to the Hungaroring, though these leave from only a couple of places in the city. Check with hotel concierges or online!

You may have to walk allot before reaching to your location! Walking shoes, sneakers or flat heels shoes are most appropriate. Please take into account the walking distance to your seat, in order to be on time for the beginning of the race sessions.

Please get a map or check online where your tickets are located to make sure you get to your seat the shortest and easiest way.

Gear up to make sure you don't miss a thing. Bring a pair of binoculars to get a close-up view of the teams at work if of course your seat is located in front of the pits. You are authorized to take pictures of the cars on track if they are for your personal use only.

The FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX OF BUDAPEST HUNGARY 2024 program will take place in July 19th, 20th and 21st 2024. We anticipate a warm and sunny weekend, therefore please protect yourself from the summer sun with a hat, a good sunscreen lotion and sunglasses.

If possible, arrive early in order to locate and reach your grandstand seat.

Tens of thousands of people will come to the track everyday. Since nobody wants to miss any of the on-track action, food concessions and restrooms will be especially busy between sessions. We ask you to please be patient during these moments. Exiting the site after the race on Sunday will take time, we advise you to relax and visit the beautiful gardens located around the track. You could also find a shady area to unwind while the crowd shuffles out.
